Annual General Meeting 2024

We are pleased to invite you to the 80th Annual General Meeting of the Racehorse Owners Association (ROA), which will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, 26th September, in the President's Room at The Queen's Club, Palliser Road, London, W14 9EQ.

Guests are welcome to arrive from 10:30am, where teas and coffee will be served. The AGM will officially commence at 11:00am. Following the formalities, there will be a short session focused on key talking points, during which the board will discuss themes of interest to our members.

Before concluding the meeting, there will be an opportunity for members to raise questions on matters of interest to them should they so wish. For those members who are unable to attend in person, we would be delighted to receive your questions via email at [email protected]. These questions will either be answered during the meeting or via email.

The meeting will be filmed and made available for those who are unable to join us in person.

Getting There:

• By Tube: Barons Court Underground (District and Piccadilly lines) is just 100 metres away.
• By Road: The Queen’s Club is easily reached by road from the M3, M4, M40, and A40, providing direct access for those driving.
• Parking: On-site parking is not available.
